Cold and Flu
The common cold and influenza are respiratory illnesses caused by different viruses. While both share similar symptoms, the flu tends to be more severe and can lead to serious complications. Both conditions are highly contagious and spread through respiratory droplets.

- Covering mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing
- Disinfecting commonly touched surfaces
